Lawrence D. Dicker

Founder / Managing Director

Before entering the executive search industry, Larry practiced law for 30 years.  Most of his legal career was in private practice as a principal or member of a law firm.  His career also included government service and house counsel for corporations.  His varied and extensive experience gives him a wide variety of perspectives and an appreciation for the objectives and concerns of employers and employees.  Larry is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School (1974) and the City College of New York.

CONSULTANT PROJECT MANAGERS

All Consultant Project Managers hold a J.D. (Juris Doctorate) and have experience practicing law.  Many of our consultants graduated from Ivy League universities and/or other premier undergraduate and graduate schools.  We pride ourselves in being extremely selective in acquiring new consultants.
